1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing WIP PASS, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. We act as a technology facilitator, not the event owner.
2. Financial Routing & Liability: WIP PASS processes payments and routes them instantly to Organizer Subaccounts. Organizers are solely liable for chargebacks, refunds, and event fulfillment.
3. Biometric Security: To prevent fraud, some features use FIDO2 WebAuthn. Your physical biometric data (Face/Fingerprint) is processed locally on your device and is never stored on our servers.
4. Acceptable Use: You agree not to host illegal events, send spam via our CRM, or use our Affiliate Network for fraudulent ticket scalping.
