Billing FAQ
Is the platform fee applied to free tickets? ▼
No! The 2.5% platform fee is strictly applied to paid ticket sales. If you are hosting a free event or giving out free RSVPs, we don't charge you a dime in ticketing fees.
How do payouts work? ▼
We use a Zero-Hold infrastructure powered by Paystack. When a guest buys a ticket, the money is instantly routed to the verified bank account you linked in your dashboard. We do not hold your funds.
Do I have to pay a monthly subscription? ▼
No! WIP PASS uses a Pay-Per-Event model. You only pay the flat package fee once when you set up that specific event. There are no recurring monthly charges.
